This project aims to inject new life into an old warehouse without losing trace of its industrial history. On the ground floor, each office/studio space looks outwards at the front and rear through new glass bifold doors, with additional natural light and ventilation provided by centrally placed ferneries.
Upstairs, each two bedroom residence has living spaces opening onto north facing roof terraces at one end, and balconies at the other. The second bedrooms have been designed to double as a studies to increase flexibility of use, and with this in mind they each open onto the roof terraces also.
